    Just wanted to take out and tell you that I appreciate the how to videos very much. Replacing the fuser film and paper rollers on my HP1200 at first seemed a little overwhelming, but as I followed your videos and not rush, the refurbishment was a success! Thank you for a great product and service.

    Several weeks ago I sent you an email describing a problem of the right side of pages badly wrinkling when printing on my HP-1300 Laser Jet. You recommended ordering a Fuser Film Sleeve, which I did. Carefully following your videos, I removed the fuser, replaced the film sleeve, then reassembled everything. The printer works perfectly. Thanks so much for the correct diagnosis and the videos. I wouldn't have tried it without them.

    Excellent! You gave me the confidence to undertake this job myself and in doing so, you just saved me £75. Unfortunately I had a flexible black bracket (about 5cm in length) left over which I can't find a home for, but it works perfectly, which is the main thing - thanks!
