    i didnt buy your product first time and i wish i did it was a little confusing when i tried to install the sleeve but that was my fault for choosing a 5 dollar product from china, but after all i made it thru and my printer sounded like a bicycle with a baseball card in the wheel.and after alll my work my printer was no better then when i started. after looking on the internet i found you guys and decided to buy your product it arrived fast and i found so many mistakes that i could have avoided the first time.thank you so very much

    A client had a "broken" HP LaserJet 1012 that they replaced with an HP LaserJet Pro P1102w. When I asked what they were going to do with it, they said they were going to throw it away. All I could think was "NO WAY!" Those little printers are workhorses so I couldn't let it go.
    Anyway, I took it home and I could tell something was wrong with the fuser immediately. It would streak down the left-side of the page the whole way down. After using Google to look around, I found brokenprinter.com and it's informative videos. I also learned that the issue with this specific printer was the fuser sleeve. I ordered a new fuser sleeve and after watching the step-by-step videos and removing the fuser, I replaced the new sleeve pretty easily. The printer is as good as new!
