Between the two of us, we’re now expert printer techs. I have 2 more machines to go through. I need them for my business, part of which is still WP 5.0 based and only runs these old printers. the main one has been working for many years with no problem, but I decided to get a backup. got it on ebay. it obviously had never been maintained and jammed hopelessly. got another and it was the same way. next time I’ll get them from you. I only discovered you when I was looking for still another printer. thanks for being there.
